How can I change my password or other information on my account?

Once you sign-up, there is no way to change your user name or password. You must cancel your membership and then re-sign-up. At that time you can enter any new information that you need to change.

I'm an AOL member; how can I use Netscape to view the website?
A.
The America Online software comes with a scaled down version of Internet Explorer. The browser may have problems accessing all the features on the site. For better performance, it's highly recommended that you use Netscape. Fortunately you can use both AOL and Netscape together! Here's how:

1) Download a free copy of Netscape at http://home.netscape.com/download/
2) Run the Netscape installation program.
3) Restart your computer.
4) Sign on to AOL as you normally do.
5) Once signed on, minimize AOL and then open the Netscape browser.

I lost my password. What do I do?
A.
That's okay, everybody loses things. You can lookup your password using our password look-up tool.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your account by going to the 'Cancel Membership' page

How can I save pictures to my computer?
A.
It's easy! Simply right-click on the picture and choose "Save Picture As.."
